Excellent application

I was very pleased to find this application. It contains not only the list of food with their nutrients, but as well, the points plus from Weight Watchers. It is not a big list, but you can add to it. In addition, it includes a full list of exercises that you can select from and the ability to customize your lists and how you want to use them. I use it everyday and really... It makes a difference as I have already lost 2.5 pounds in my first week. The one thing I would like to see is the actual day it refers to at the top of the summary instead of the simple date. This would make it easier when referrring to the graphic, particularly for those days where the total is very similar. Use this application, you will not be disappointed. I was usinf other apps before and this is the best one and simplest one so far! I love it! It would be nice if it was also compatible with the Andoid as my husband would also use it. Keep up the good work!

Great app!

The only weight and nutrition tracking app Ive used for over a year. The only thing I wish was that there was more options for food to enter. I usually improvise. But otherwise easy and clean app.

Fantastic app

Easy to use and has had a great impact on my weight loss efforts. It does take time to initially get your food items recorded, but as time passes this takes less and less time. Helps keep you focused on what you are eating and making good choices. And lets face it, it is a lot cheaper than paying monthly membership fees if attending meetings isnt something you need.

Great tool!

Almost exactly like all that stuff they give you in Weight Watchers, but in a condensed, extremely easy to use app! For anyone who has used Weight Watchers and liked it.. Youll LOVE this!

Search engine needs work

Love the summary page. Gives a great overview of the day. Search engine very frustrating. When searching for oatmeal, it brings you straight to Archway oatmeal cookies. Great concept but the search engine makes this app difficult to use.

Love that I can keep track of my points without the monthly fee from a weight loss program-thanks! Would give a 5 if it would sync with other devices...maybe an update??

Helps me loose weight!

I love this app because its simple. Ive lost 6 lbs in two weeks! I mostly input my own food because the "all" list is a little overwhelming, but nice to have! I like that I can see how many points I have left on the app when its not open. Graphs are good too.

Last update screwed up the app

Dont you test your updates? I used this app everyday. Love it. Then an update comes and I get validation errors on weight entries and meal entries. I dont use your endless restaurant list or care about how many points in a Big Mac or doughnut. Sort of defeats the point of a diet. Please revert to the previous edition.

Track it to lose it app

Having done weight watchers for the past year I was happy to find this track it app. I was unwilling to pay WW or continue with weekly weigh ins to get use of theirs. This app took a little time to get used to but once I had my favorites saved, daily tracking is easy. I dont get much use out of all the name brands and restaurant items in the lists as I try to eat fresh unprocessed foods. A suggestion to the app makers to include an area for daily notes was greeted with a prompt response and was up and working within two weeks. As with anything there has been a few little glitches but overall this FREE App works well for me.

perfect app

I love this app. After searching the App Store high and low for an app that lets me easily track my eats, water and exercise AND also lets me share it with a friend via email, I finally found this app. The developer answered my questions speedily, too. Thats a plus.

I Love It!!

I started using Trackit in July of 2012 and really love it. Its easy and fun to use with the sound effects and the graphs are really cool too~ you can watch the line graph dipping down as you lose and record your weight. I have tried a few other apps and diets for that matter, but nothing made as big a difference to me. When my friends ask me how Im losing so much weight I tell them about this app.

This app is easy to use, tracks my food and activity...don T need anything else :)

Easy to use

This app really has helped me lose weight! Easy to use, once you get the hang of it. I love the "save your favorite foods" feature, which is a shortcut way to record your calories. And you can "create" your own favorite (I make a fruit shake every morning, so rather than enter all of the individual ingredients every morning, I just created one "favorite" with all of my ingredients and calories imbedded in one entry). One small criticism: I cant seem to get the app to delete a "self-created" favorite like my shake, so if I mistakenly enter the wrong # of calories for a favorite I create, I cant delete it and start over - or at least I cant figure out how to do it,, and the directions/help function doesnt say. (Im hoping the creator will fix this soon.). But overall, this is a great app to help you lose weight, and its easy to use, even for me, a 55 yr old woman like me!

The worst weight loss app

At first I was excited about this app, but once I started using, it was the absolute worst! I cannot believe how inapt this app is. The foods you eat arent available and selections are very limited. It is not worth the $1. Believe me, its the absolute worst!

Great love it!!

This app works great to track my weight watcher points which I enter the food points and save as at times the points arent the Same at least for the old points I use. Great to track workouts and water also and very user friendly!

Simple and Quick

The free version is easy to use and has all the basic information needed to track foods, exercise and weight records. The subscription version offers more details and more record-keeping options, such as body measurements and BP. Very nice app.
